At DUX, we believe in making your life better for you.  We designed this wine glass holder because even in a rocking chair, you need a place to put your glass.  You can add this one-of-a-kind wine glass holder, engineered with a clever gimbal mechanism to any of our rockers. This isn’t just a cup holder—it’s a feat of ingenuity, designed to keep your favorite wine glass upright and secure, no matter how much you rock or sway.

Unlike anything else on the market, our gimbal wine glass holder is made exclusively for rocking chairs. The inspiration came from a simple but all-too-common problem: splashing your wine while rocking on the porch. Our designer—drawing on years of craftsmanship and a passion for solving real-life challenges—put in the time to create a solution that’s both simple and remarkably effective. While others may have overlooked this detail, we made it a priority, so you can enjoy porch sunsets or garden parties with your hands free and your glass always perfectly balanced.  It will even work on other rocking chairs, not just ours.  It just takes two stainless steel screws (included) to install it on your rocking chair.

Assembly Instructions for Gimbal Drink Holders for Other Brands

1.   Position the top support on the bottom of your armrest.  Try to make it parallel to the centerline of the seat of the rocker. Mark for holes.

2.   Drill 2 @ 1/8” diameter pilot holes in the bottom of the armrest.  Do not drill all the way through!  Be sure to stop at a depth less than the thickness of the armrest.

3.   Attach the post to the base with the two screws provided. 

4.   Attach the entire assembly to the bottom of the armrest.  Do not over-tighten or strip the screws.

Assembly Instructions for Gimbal Drink Holders for DreamRockers

1.   Attach the post to the base with the two screws provided.  (Cup holders posts are already attached to base.)

2.   Position the top support on the bottom of your armrest and fit into the slot on the underside of the armrest.  Insert it at the front and slide toward the back until it is all the way back and secure.
