DUX Outdoors Limited Lifetime Warrantee

Coverage Period:  
Dux Outdoors warrants to the original purchaser that furniture made with King StarBoard ST panels and 316 grade stainless steel fasteners will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the expected product lifetime or the duration of the original purchaser’s ownership, whichever is shorter.

Coverage Includes:
• Structural integrity of all StarBoard ST panels; protection against cracking, peeling, or delamination under normal outdoor use.
• UV resistance, ensuring no significant fading, discoloration, or brittleness beyond normal weathering.
• 316 stainless steel fasteners and hardware against rust, corrosion, and mechanical failure in normal conditions.
• Repair or replacement of defective parts including labor and shipping costs at Dux Outdoors’ discretion.  (Note: Rocker Rails on DreamRockers will be replaced for FREE if damaged, whether "defective" or not.  If rail gets damaged, contact DUX Outdoors to request a new one.  We will send a replacement so you can return to smooth rocking!)

Exclusions:
• Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
• Damage caused by temperatures outside -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C).
• Damage due to natural disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes, or prolonged saltwater immersion beyond typical marine exposure.
• Normal cosmetic wear: scratches, stains, surface marks, or fading consistent with ordinary use.
• Damage from improper storage or cleaning with harsh/abrasive chemicals or tools.

Warranty Activation & Claims:
• Valid only for the original purchaser upon proof of purchase and registration within 90 days.  (Warranty transfer is allowed only with prior written notice during original ownership.)
• Notify Dux Outdoors promptly with a detailed description and photos of the defect.
• Dux Outdoors may require inspection or return of defective parts before approval.

Our Commitment:  
Should a covered defect occur, Dux Outdoors will repair or replace the affected product or component at no charge. This warranty is the exclusive remedy.

Legal Limitations:
• Dux Outdoors excludes liability for incidental or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• No other express or implied warranties apply beyond those stated.
• This warranty complies with all applicable federal and state laws.
