The DUX Trade Program is designed for interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors who create premium outdoor spaces and want heirloom‑quality seating their clients will talk about for years. Trade pricing is available on most DUX outdoor seating and tables, including the Harbor Commercial collection.

Harbor Commercial Collection

For high‑exposure and multi‑property projects, the Harbor Commercial collection offers:

• Marine‑grade 1" Starboard ST and 316 stainless steel hardware for long‑term outdoor performance in demanding coastal and lakefront environments.
• Signature rockers, benches, dock seating, and high‑top tables ideal for porches, docks, verandas, parks, and amenity spaces.

How the Trade Program Works

• Apply using the form below with your business details.
• Approval within 5 business days (often sooner around show dates).

Once approved, you’ll receive:

• Your DUX Trade discount of 20% off standard retail pricing on most products.
• A trade ordering method: either a trade discount code for online checkout or simple email/phone ordering with a trade price quote.
• A direct contact for project questions, quotes, scheduling, and delivery planning.

Trade Pricing & Exclusions

• Trade discount applies to regularly priced DUX products.
• Custom work, sale items, replacement parts, and select specialty pieces may be quoted separately.
• Large commercial or volume projects can be priced on a project basis to support multi‑property and amenity‑space work.

Delivery

• Local delivery: Delivery is available within our standard service area around Independence, Virginia and nearby regions, with options for placement and assembly.
• Project‑based delivery for other markets: For projects outside our local service area, including Charleston and other coastal markets, DUX provides project‑based delivery and placement quotes. Delivery is quoted separately based on distance, quantity, and site access, in line with standard white‑glove and receiving practices.

Trade pricing is applied to project‑based orders that include eligible DUX pieces, including Harbor Commercial.

Annual Activity & Status

The DUX Trade Program is designed for professionals who regularly specify our pieces in client projects. As a guideline, trade pricing is intended for accounts purchasing approximately 10 or more pieces per year across DUX collections.

Accounts are reviewed annually to confirm activity and to maintain a fair balance between preferred pricing and program availability. If your volume is lower in a given year, we may reach out to discuss the best discount level and program fit for your business going forward.
