Shipping policy

DUX Outdoors Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are made to order and personally built by the founder after your order is received and therefore can take 8-12 weeks to produce.  We will contact you with an estimate of the current production time and when we expect to ship your order.  We will ship, or deliver, the entire order when all parts are ready. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

·         Standard Shipping (Domestic): Orders are produced in 8-12 weeks and ship immediately upon completion.

·         Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Not available at this time

·         International Shipping: Not available

We ship via UPS, depending on the destination and service selected.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We’ll notify you of any significant delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at bill@DUXoutdoors.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
