Chill Chair (not a folding chair)
The Chill Chair is a low, relaxed armless lounge chair designed for those “do less” moments—by the lake, around the fire pit, or on a small porch where you just want to lean back and breathe. A gently reclined seat and open sides make it easy to kick your feet out, dangle your toes off a dock, or pull in closer to friends. Lighter and more streamlined than the Duck Chair, it brings a modern, easygoing look to waterfront decks, cabins, and urban patios alike. Built from marine‑grade Starboard polymer with stainless steel hardware, it’s made to live outside full‑time with virtually no maintenance.

Care and Maintenance:
- Routine cleaning: Rinse with a hose, then wipe with mild soap and water. For tougher grime, use a non‑abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth or soft nylon brush. Avoid excessive scrubbing pressure to preserve the matte finish.
- Stain removal: For persistent stains, let a diluted bleach solution sit briefly, then rinse thoroughly. Citrus cleaner, isopropyl alcohol, or mineral spirits can help with grease and sunscreen; test in a small area first.
- Scratch care: Light surface scuffs can often be minimized with automotive silicone spray or furniture polish; do not use on walking surfaces. Deep gouges are cosmetic and do not affect performance.
- No refinishing required: Starboard ST is UV‑stabilized, color‑through material that won’t peel or flake, and it cannot be painted. Keep wood oils (e.g., teak oil) and wood stains away from the surface.
- Hardware check: Rinse salt and pollen periodically. Inspect 316 stainless fasteners seasonally; tighten if needed.
- Pressure washing: Safe when used at moderate pressure and distance; avoid aggressive tips held close to the surface.
- Seasonal care: No storage or sealing required. If storing, keep pieces clean and dry, and avoid heat above 180°F.
- General setup: Place on level surfaces to reduce uneven wear on rocker rails or feet. Lift to move—don’t drag across abrasive concrete.
