What is the Magic-Lift Back? (See videos with photos) DUX is leading the way in innovative outdoor marine grade HDPE furniture. Like our other uniquely comfortable furniture, this is not a regular chaise lounge chair. Our lounge chair is not only comfortable and stylish but it has a very unique feature only available on DUX lounge chairs. It’s called the Magic-Lift Back! Now you can easily raise the back to the position you prefer. You don't have to twist around or get completely out of the chair to reposition it. Just pull up on the convenient lever under the arm rest and the back automatically rises to where you want it. The twin stainless steel spring pistons push the back up at a controlled speed and make re-positioning a breeze. There are 5 positions, starting from horizontal and increasing at approximately 15 degree increments with the final upright position at a comfortable, relaxing sitting angle. When you're again ready to lay in the sun, simply pull up and hold the lever while you recline back to the position you desire. These cleverly designed lounge chairs will make your pool time more enjoyable.

So many convenient Features! There is a cell phone holder that can mount to either armrest. And there is a cup holder, that can also be used as a wine glass holder or a place for your coffee cup. It also mounts to either the left or right armrest. And there's a small pull out tray located under the seat within easy reach from the sitting position. You can store a small electronic device there and keep it in the shade, while you are getting a tan or simply relaxing. There's also 4 matching towel clips to hold your towel in place on the back of the chair. No more having to fight with a towel that keeps sliding down the back of your chair. And of course, we put wheels at the back and a handle at the foot, so it's easy to move your chair to your favorite spot. As for comfort, the gentle curve of the smooth deck improves the comfort factor significantly over the stiff straight slats on some other lounge chairs.

A Higher seat is Better! Our chair is easier to get into and out of since the seat height is higher than most. At almost 17" high, instead of 12", it's like sitting on a dining table chair. This premium version also has armrests to make it easier to help yourself up and out.

Since it's made with HDPE, you can leave it outside, always. No need to cover it or bring it inside in bad weather. No need to buy an expensive cover to protect your investment. HDPE will last longer than any fabric cover! Simply rince it off with a hose and it's ready to go. It's heavy enough that it won't blow around in the wind and includes wheels to make it easy to move around when you want to. And of course, all hardware is stainless steel so NO RUST, ever, even if you live at the beach. And no aluminum parts that can corode over time. NO maintenance required! Made with the highest quality marine grade High Density PolyEthylene (HDPE) from King Plastics, called Starboard. This is not recycled from used plastic bottles but rather a pure virgin polyethylene made with UV inhibitors to reduce fading and heat build-up.  It stays cooler than outdoor furniture made with recycled plastic bottle content.  It never cracks and never needs re-finishing. It is the same color throughout with solid smooth edges. It is durable through all seasons. 

American Made! All of our furniture is made with care in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Grayson County, Virginia, the best of the outdoors. Grayson County boasts the New River and Grayson Highlands National Park, just to name two of its best attractions. This is a great place to Love Your Outdoors!  It's not a place that you find many pool loungers but I got the idea during a trip we made to the beach.  I couldn't stand having to reach around the back so I could raise or lower the back and I knew there had to be a better way.  Since no one else had created one, I decided to do it myself.  It took months to work out the mechanism but I finally "cracked the code" and now it works beautifully, almost effortlessly!

Fun Solution! We added duck feet to the front legs of the lounge chair for more stability. And of course, we added the iconic duck heads to watch your back and remind you to have fun! Look for the duck heads if you want the highest quality, most comfortable marine grade furniture.

Available Colors. Chairs are available in the following colors: Dark Gray or Light Gray for the base. The lounge chair seat material is also made from marine grade HDPE and is available in Basil Green, Indigo Blue, Sanshade(sand) and Light Gray.
