Each chair is precision-built from marine-grade Starboard HDPE—the same material trusted by yacht builders to weather sun, salt, and storms. The hardware and swivel mechanism use solid 316 marine-grade stainless steel, so rust is never a worry—even on the coast. It’s maintenance-free: just hose it off and you’re ready to spin, season after season.

No mass production here. I personally build every Swivel Deck Chair using traditional mortise and tenon joinery and countersunk stainless steel screws for a clean, durable finish. The softened front edge keeps the slats comfortable against your legs—so you can relax in shorts all summer, free from the “bite” of stiff outdoor chairs.

Free Shipping:
Shipping is free for all orders within the continental US (lower 48 states). Depending on your location and order size, we’ll either deliver your furniture fully assembled (if you’re nearby or place a large order), or ship it partially assembled for easy final setup at home. All necessary hardware and simple instructions are included, and assembly generally takes less than 60 minutes. Commercial and some smaller items arrive fully assembled.

• Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories (please contact us for a quote if you’re outside the continental US).

• “Free shipping” covers ground-level curbside delivery only. Additional services (e.g., inside delivery or assembly) may incur extra charges.

• We can’t guarantee delivery timelines or be responsible for loss/damage once your order leaves our facility, but we’ll support you in resolving any carrier issues.

Returns/Refunds:
We want you to love your DUX furniture. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any damage or defects, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly—either by replacement or repair at our discretion. For any other returns, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund (less return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or product defect).
