Heavy Duty! Made with 33% thicker marine grade high density polyethylene (HDPE). This is the same great material we use for all of our other furniture but even thicker and stronger. It's a pure high quality polymer that never warps, cracks or splits. It is the same color throughout with solid smooth edges. It’s not pressed together like wafer board. It never needs maintenance, and is durable through all seasons. It will last a lifetime and will likely be able to be enjoyed by the next generation. It’s made with stainless steel fasteners so no rust, ever! Available in black or charcoal gray frames. Slats are available in black, charcoal gray and light gray solid colors. For an additional $100.00 charge, slats can be made from the following Timberline wood grain colors: Mahogany, Weatherwood, Dark Ash and Teak.

Old world craftsmanship. All of our furniture is made using old world craftsmanship and traditional woodworking techniques. Since the designer is also a second generation cabinet maker, he knows how to build quality. Here are some examples. Our furniture has mortise and tenon joinery for better structural stability. It has color coordinated stainless steel screws on the exterior, pre-drilled and countersunk flush to the surface, for a more professional finished appearance. We also use a unique T-slot groove to attach the armrests, making it more secure and easier to install.

NO maintenance required! Made with the highest quality marine grade High Density PolyEthylene (HDPE) from King Plastics, called Starboard. This is not recycled from used plastic bottles but rather a pure virgin polyethylene that never fades or cracks and never needs re-finishing. It is the same color throughout with solid smooth edges. It is durable through all seasons. It will last a lifetime and will likely be able to be enjoyed by the next generation of your family.

NO Rust! We use stainless steel fasteners.

DUCKS don’t bite! We designed a leg protector for the front edge of the seat slats so the sharp edges of slats won't bite into the back of your leg. Don't worry about wearing shorts this summer, you’ll be comfortable relaxing in this furniture.

Rocker Rails! Look for the signature orange stripe on the bottom of our rocking chairs. This is the replaceable "rocker rail". This is an innovative solution to accidental damage to one of the most important parts of your rocking chair. If the bottom arc gets damaged, you're stuck with a "bump” while you're rocking. This clever solution makes it possible to easily replace a damaged rocker rail so the public can get back to the smooth relaxing rocking that this rocker was purchased for in the first place! There's no need to replace the entire rocker or to stop using it due to that irritating bump. Just contact us and we will send you a new rocker rail for $50.00 plus shipping! We want the public using the rocker, not avoiding it. When you receive the new rail, simply remove one screw at the back of the rocker, slide out the damaged one, and slide the new one in. Then replace the screw. DONE! Now, back to an enjoyable rocking experience.

Shipping for commercial furniture is not free. Commercial furniture must be shipped or delivered fully assembled and is therefore more expensive to ship. Typically, we have to build a crate and ship via common carrier as opposed to UPS, the way we normally ship our products.
